How to add sitemap in search console for blogger blog?

Well here is simple solution for your  problem:

Since you use blogger platform for your blog you just need to go to your blog search console and on left sidebar menu click on "Crawl" and then on "Sitemap" and after you will have button in top right corner "ADD/TEST SITEMAP".

So click on that and you will be given empty field that you need to fulfill with your sitemap link as you can see on first pic on top.
In this field you just need to copy and paste this line:

/atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1&max-results=500

Or you can try only to add this: sitemap.xml

Hit "SUBMIT" and after that click "Refresh page" and that's it.
Simple as that.
